Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Shake


I’m a smoothie girl, I must admit. I start almost every morning with a smoothie and a sweat session. This recipe I’m sharing today is delicious and protein-packed which is essential post-workout. I try to get my protein in right after a workout. “They” say you should consume your protein within 30 minutes of exercise so that’s what I aim for. Peanut butter is a tasty way to add more protein and healthy fats to your diet, but try to limit yourself to one serving per day. Below is a list of the ingredients that make up this tasty drink. Put it all together in a blender (ice cubes optional) and blend. Sip & enjoy!


  • 5 Strawberries
  • 1/2 of a Banana
  • 3/4 cup of Blueberries
  • 3-4 Spinach Leaves
  • 1 scoop Chocolate Protein (Tone It Up Chocolate Protein)
  • 1 tbsp of PeanutButter
  • 1 tbsp of Honey
  • 1/2 cup of Almond Milk
  • 1/2 cup of Plain Greek Yogurt
